The WASZP Class is one of the fastest-growing classes in the world. We speak to sailors who sail in the class and have come through the class and onto bigger things in the professional space. We speak about our partnerships with professional leagues and teams, opportunities for our sailors and major WASZP events worldwide. We keep the stoke high and love connecting the Swarm globally!.

Martin Evans

Martin is our current Global WASZP Class Manager.

Martin had an extensive sailing career in the Laser class, culminating in a position on the British Sailing Team. Post his sailing career he moved into management in a commercial role with the Extreme Sailing Series. Since then he has joined WASZP creating our event calendar, managing our Tier 1 events and assisting in the development of SailGP INSPIRE.
